About Me

Jamie Goldberg: I am a passionate yogini, avid diarist, and appreciator of all things beautiful. Being a naturally curious person has lead me to play and explore a variety of roles in my life. I have a master’s degree in professional counseling and I'm a journaling instructor, freelance writer, registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, and life coach specializing in creativity and spirituality. Drawing from my personal experience of the transforming and healing power of journaling, along with my training as a therapist, I created Discover Your Soul's Voice through Yoga and Guided Journaling. I have been a practitioner at the Open Mind Center and Stillness Yoga and Meditation Center, and freelance writer for Elephant Journal, Chabad, and Impact Times. My first piece for Author magazine will be out this March.
